Whyguards.com (the “Website”) is owned by AktivFrikvarter ApS, Anelystparken 45C, 8381 Tilst, CVR-nr. 41662964, Tlf.: 69141431, info@whyguards.com. If you experience problems with your order on the webshop or when using the webshop in any other way, please contact us by phone 69141431.
The following conditions apply to online purchases at www.whyguards.com. The following terms of sale and delivery apply to all deliveries from Whyguards.com.

These terms and conditions of trade (“Terms”) apply when you order or purchase goods on the Website. If you do not accept the Terms, you cannot order or purchase goods on the Website.
Wgyguards.com has no responsibility for the customer’s lack of rights or legal basis for reproduction, logos, graphics, drawings, patterns, illustrations, texts, trademarks, and otherwise other business signs that may be subject to third party rights. If Whyguards.com incurs liability towards third parties due to the Customer’s failure to exercise the rights of third parties, the Customer shall indemnify Whyguards.com against such liability.
Placing an order
Placing an order via our website is not a legally binding agreement. Whyguards.com therefore has the option to cancel your order due to printing errors, technical problems, delivery failures and similar situations.
Binding order confirmation/invoice will be sent to you once we have dispatched the goods you have ordered.
Once you have placed an order via our website, our system will automatically send you an email stating which items you have ordered. This is an electronic receipt of your order only.
Please note that the automatic reply (via e-mail) is not a legally binding order confirmation, by which a contract is concluded. The agreement is only binding when you have received an email from Whyguards.com informing you that we have dispatched the goods.
Ordering and payment
The webshop is open 24 hours a day, but may be closed for maintenance. As far as possible, we try to carry out such maintenance at night. An order placed on a public holiday or during weekends will be processed the following business day. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase goods on the online store and have a valid credit card accepted by us. If you are under 18, you must have a legal basis to enter into an agreement with us.
Means of payment
At Whyguards.com we offer the following payment options:
VISAMastercard, Diners Club International, Discover, JCB, Union Pay, American Express, Dankort and MobilePay.
Your card details are sent directly to our OnPay in encrypted form via a secure SSL connection when you order from our webshop, so only you and OnPay can read this information. Your card details will not be seen or stored on the webshop.
All prices on www.whyguards.com, are inclusive of VAT.
Stock
At Whyguards.com we strive to always have our stock status up to date. If we do not have an item in stock and there is an unexpected delay in delivery, you will be contacted as soon as possible by phone or e-mail. We will then find the best solution for you.
Delivery and shipping
Delivery time depends on stock, but we aim to deliver within 2-4 working days. Delivery of goods from Whyguards.com is deemed to have taken place when the goods have been delivered to the recipient. The risk for goods purchased from Whyguards.com is therefore transferred to you at the time of delivery.
When ordering goods with GLS and PostNord, you can decide whether you want the package to be delivered for collection at any post office/parcel box. Courier service (delivery to your home) is available.
Packaging
We always pack our goods in proper packaging to ensure that the goods are not damaged during transport. Should you receive your goods with broken or damaged packaging, you should refuse to receive the goods or contact PostNord or GLS as soon as possible, depending on who delivered your goods. Feel free to contact us so we can help you with PostNord or GLS. Please note that you bear the risk of the goods after delivery.
Exchanges and returns
NB. PLEASE NOTE THAT PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED according to the Consumer Contract Act, section 18, paragraph 2, no. 3.
Under the Sale of Goods Act, you can get a defective item repaired, replaced, a price reduction or a refund, depending on the situation – unless the defect is due to fault or negligence. Any defects or shortcomings in delivery from Whyguards.com must be claimed within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect and contacted at info@whyguards.com
Please also note that you bear the risk when sending an item/package to us until receipt. Therefore, remember to pack the item in proper packaging and keep the receipt of shipment for future reference.
